Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of a scheduled software upgrade on our network edge routers located at XDC (Xtreme DC, Wellington) and QST (220 Queen Street, Auckland) to enhance performance, security, and reliability.
This process requires router reboot and such that services terminating on these routers will experience downtime of upto 2 x 20 minutes. Individual notices will be sent to affected customers.
